Nani® was born in Switzerland, near Lake Geneva.
Yes, all our products have a 24 month warranty from the date of purchase against any manufacturing defects.
You can write to us to find out when the product will be back in stock. In the case of limited edition colours, the product may not be available again.
Colours of product images may vary slightly depending on your device or the type of image or video. If you are in any doubt about the colour of an item, especially leather personalised items which are not covered by the returns policy, please contact customer services.

Yes, you will receive a tracking link as soon as your order is shipped.
Payments
PayPal, credit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express) and Klarna.
All transactions are protected by SSL encryption. Nani® does not store credit card details.
Shipping
We ship across Europe from Switzerland using tracked PRIORITY PLUS postal service.
Delivery times vary depending on the country and destination address, but we guarantee a safe and reliable service.
For shipments to the EU, the DAP (Delivered at Place) incoterm applies. This means that any customs duties, local VAT and clearance fees are the responsibility of the customer and are requested by the courier upon delivery.

Shipping within Switzerland
Shipping within Switzerland is free for orders over CHF 120.
For orders consisting solely of chains or clasps, a flat fee of CHF 5 is applied.
EU Shipping
Shipping is free for orders over €120.
For orders below this amount, shipping costs will be calculated at checkout.
Purchases consisting solely of chains or clasps are not permitted outside Switzerland.
For international shipments, any taxes, destination country VAT and customs duties must be paid directly to the courier, who will provide the exact amount upon delivery.

For orders to the EU, shipments are made under DAP (Delivered at Place) terms.
Once the parcel reaches the destination country, local VAT, customs duties and any clearance fees are the responsibility of the customer.

From the moment the package is handed over to the carrier, delivery times vary depending on the destination country and the day the order is placed. Orders placed at weekends or on Swiss public holidays will be processed from the next working day.
Please note that Swiss Post does not deliver or collect on Saturdays, Sundays or public holidays, so delivery times only apply to working days.
All orders for delivery in Switzerland are dispatched by Priority Mail. Delivery takes approximately one to two working days.
Shipments to EU countries are made by Priority Mail International and delivery times generally vary between three and ten working days, depending on the destination.
For special items or re-orders, please allow up to 6–8 weeks due to the craftsmanship involved in producing leather goods.

Returns and Refunds
Yes, but the conditions vary depending on your country of residence.
1) Customers residing in Switzerland or non-EU countries:
You can return a product within 48 hours of delivery in the case of:
- Defective product.
- Size change.
- Colour change.
The request should be sent by email to support@nanipets.com.
In the case of a defect, please enclose clear photos.
Shipping is charged to the customer, except for those resident in Switzerland, who can return items free of charge.
To avoid customs costs, it is compulsory to declare 'return of goods' on the label.
2) Customers residing in the European Union:
Pursuant to Directive 2011/83/EU, consumers residing in the European Union have the right to withdraw from the purchase contract within 14 days of receipt of the goods, without stating reasons or incurring penalties.
The product must be returned at the customer's expense, unless otherwise agreed, and must be undamaged, unused and in its original packaging.
The right of withdrawal does not apply in cases provided for by law, including - by way of example but not limited to - customised, damaged or clearly used products.
You are responsible for shipping costs, except for products with proven manufacturing defects, for which you must follow the procedures indicated below:
- Send an email to support@nanipets.com, quoting the order number and attaching clear photos of the product
- If the product is eligible for return due to a manufacturing defect, we will initiate the return procedure, which will be at our expense;
In all cases, the following will not be accepted:
- Returns sent without prior written authorisation;
- Articles that are damaged, altered, worn, or lacking the original packaging.
Please write us at support@nanipets.com within 48 hours of delivery (or within 14 days if you are in the EU). Please provide the following information:
- Order number.
- Reason for request.
- Any photos of defects.
Once we have approved your request by email, you will receive instructions for shipping.
In all cases, the following will not be accepted:
- Returns sent without prior written authorisation;
- Articles that are damaged, altered, worn, or lacking the original packaging.
If the product is eligible for return, once you receive our email authorization, you have up to 30 days to send the item back to our warehouse.
For the return to be accepted:
- It must not have been used or damaged.
- It must include the original packaging, tags, and all accessories
- It must be sent in a single shipment.
- It must show no scratches, signs of wear, or alterations.
Returns will not be accepted if:
- Shipped without prior written authorization
- The items are damaged, altered, worn, or missing their original packaging.
For customers in Switzerland:
it is only possible to exchange a product within 48 hours of delivery in case of:
- Defective product;
- Size change;
- Colour change.

In the case of a defect, please attach clear photos.
You will receive a prepaid label after your request has been approved.
For EU and non-EU customers:
Shipping costs are at your charge, except in the case of proven manufacturing defects.
To avoid duties or taxes being charged to us, EU and non-EU customers must declare returned goods as such at the time of shipment.
Valid for all countries of destination of the goods:
You cannot return products on sale or promotion, except for documented defects. In that case, you will receive a credit for a future purchase, but not a refund.
Returning made-to-order products, including those with engravings or customisations, is not possible unless there is proof of a defect.
This condition applies to all countries mentioned: The gift set (harness, leash, bracelet and jewellery) is designed as a coordinated set, so it is not possible to return only part of it.
It must be returned in its entirety and in perfect condition.
Partial returns will not be accepted.
